Our text and e-mail messaging system lets you know how when your device is ready. We’ll alert you by your chosen method of communication when your device is ready for pickup.

Our online booking system enables you to log your job with us. You can use the job ID to send the device to us for repair. Once we have received the device you can track the progress of your job using our customer portal access.
