Live outside of Wellington or too busy to drop off your device to our store?

Mail your device to us and we will have the repair done within hours and have it ready to ship back to you on the next available courier van. Just follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Book your job.

Step 2: Post your device to our mailing address listed below. Please do not post your SIM card, SD card or any other accessories.Remember to backup the data on your device prior to sending it to us.

Step 3: We will diagnose your device, quote you for repairs and advise you of the status of your device. Only once you’ve given the go-ahead to proceed with the repair will we commence work on your device. Once your job is complete, we will invoice you to arrange payment.

As soon as the payment is received, we will ship out your device on the next available courier van. We will endeavor to complete  all three steps within 24 hours.
